I’m Seth Marcus, a high-performance coach based in Kona.

I help golfers train the mental, emotional, and physical skills that technical instruction alone cannot address.

Through proven practices drawn from mindfulness, nervous-system regulation, performance psychology, breath, and mobility, I turn the inner game into something golfers can actually practice. The result is a calm, premium experience that supports your professionals, strengthens your program, and gives players tools they can use long after the session ends.

The opportunity

Your professionals teach the swing. I help golfers access it when it matters.

Golfers invest heavily in equipment, lessons, and course time, yet still struggle with first-tee nerves, overthinking, frustration after a miss, inconsistent routines, and the gap between the range and the scorecard.

For clubs and programs, that creates another challenge: how do you deepen member value, create a distinctive experience, and help golfers improve without disrupting the work of your teaching team? MindMill Golf is built to answer that need.

Where the work shows up

The swing is often not the problem.

These are the moments when golfers lose access to the game they already have, and the practical high-performance protocols we train instead.

01
The pattern

Overthinking while standing over the ball

Too many swing thoughts create hesitation, tension, and a last-second loss of commitment.

The practice

A routine the body can trust

A personal pre-shot sequence that separates planning from execution and creates a clear commitment point.

02
The pattern

Carrying one bad shot into the next three

Anger, embarrassment, and frustration linger, narrowing attention and changing decisions.

The practice

Reset, release, return

Simple emotional reset tools that help the golfer process the miss and become fully available for the next shot.

03
The pattern

Tightness before the round

Restricted movement, soreness, and a rushed warmup make the golfer compensate before play even begins.

The practice

Prime the mind and body

Efficient mobility, breath, and warmup protocols designed to create freedom, readiness, and a better starting state.

The easiest place to begin

A complimentary 30-minute demonstration

Experience the same mental and physical warmup I use to help golfers arrive present, prime the body, clarify intention, and create a reliable reset before the first tee.

Arrange a demonstration
  1. 01
    Settle the system

Breath, mobility, and attention practices that help the player arrive.

  2. 02
    Prime for flow

A clear intention and simple cues that reduce noise without overthinking.

  3. 03
    Build the reset

A repeatable process for releasing mistakes and returning to the shot at hand.

Flexible by design

More value for your golfers. More distinction for your program.

01

Deepen member and guest value

Offer a memorable, premium experience that helps golfers feel better, play more freely, and leave with practical tools.

02

Differentiate events and programs

Add meaningful mental-performance support to clinics, tournaments, teams, and resort experiences without changing their structure.

03

Strengthen, never compete

Give your teaching professionals a trusted partner for the inner game while keeping technical instruction firmly in their hands.

Seth Marcus

Performance and mindset coach based on the Big Island of Hawaiʻi.

I grew up around golf, caddied and competed, then spent years building companies, coaching high performers, and studying mindfulness, yoga, nervous-system regulation, and performance psychology. I returned to the game with a practical way to train the part most golfers know matters but rarely practice directly.

My style is calm, observant, and collaborative. I do not touch the swing or compete with teaching professionals. I help the player bring more of their existing game to every shot.

“I've taken plenty of lessons, but this was different. Seth helped me slow down, stay centered, and actually enjoy the round while playing better golf.”
